Cynthia Haslam - Team Owner - Secretary

As Team Co-Owner and Secretary Cynthia handles the administration of NCT Racing as well as the logistics of getting to and from each race meeting.

Neil Haslam - Team Owner - Manager

Involved with motorcycle sport since the age of eight Neil has amassed a vast experience of what is needed to run a professional Racing Team, experience that was finally brought to fruition in 2006 with the formation of NCT racing.

Mark Crofts - Head Mechanic

Mark is our head mechanic responsible for the day to day preparation of the VanFit Yamaha bikes. As well as being our No1 mechanic Mark is also our truckie, driving the race transporter to all the circuits. Mark is an integral part of the team

Lee Jackson

Lee began his racing career in 1996 racing with as many different clubs as he could on a Yamaha TZ125. He won 36 club races in his first season and also won the Retford Club Championship. In September of that year he took part in his 1st 125cc British Championship race at Donington Park on a Honda RS125. He qualified 26th and finished 15th in race one and crashed out of 9th place in race two.

In his second year of racing, Lee competed in the 125cc National Championship and won the Superclub 125GP class and was crowned Grand Champion. 1998 saw Lee enter his first full season of British 125cc racing. He had a race win at his home circuit of Cadwell Park and finished 6th overall in the Championship.

Conor Cummins

One of the youngest riders currently on the grid, the Manxman switched his attentions to the roads having been frustrated with the lack of opportunities in the British Championship. Switching from the Virgin Mobile R6 Cup to the pure roads was daunting but no one has adapted better than the 21-year old.

Richard Adams

Richard from Maxton builds and looks after our front and rear suspension units on all of the team bikes, liaising with the riders and interpreting what they feel on the track and makes adjustments to the suspension accordingly.
